My bathroom vanity has cracked whereas; I can not close the doors on it. I've called Pama Management three times within 2 weeks starting back in May 2018, I have spoken with three different reps and left an voicemail for the supervisor and no one has called me back to set-up repair request.

The staff is very unprofessional,lacks empathy and show no concerns on the issues being addressed.

This company appears to be slummy and are only out for the money. I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent from these blood suckers.

I'm really considering contacting the health department, to help with my small problem which seems to growing into a large program. Communication is playing a great part,

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

I didn't like: Poor communication and no follow up.

They have a lawsuit with the City of Los Angeles CA.. Still in litigation. Many tenants have been waiting two or more months .
